Jim Herter, President & Director of Business Consulting
Jim’s experience includes the development and ownership of two food service concepts: Rico’s Filling Station – Meso Americano Grille and Big Ernie’s Barbecue Smokehouse. Jim has created three additional concepts in the past five years for clients.
Jim was employed as a Business Administrator by the University of Notre Dame for 17 years. His primary duties were the planning and facilitating of a $36 million budget, oversight of business, accounting, identification card production staff, in addition to conducting management training in the areas of financial analysis and planning.
Jim has written business plans for the past 10 years and was recognized by Palo Alto Software as one of the Top Ten Business Plan Writers of 2002.
